Shipping Policy
Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders within Canada ship via Canada Post and typically arrive 5-7 business days after the package is shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 CAD.
All orders ship with a delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Canada Post.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

US ORDERS
US orders ship via Canada Post/ USPS and typically arrive 5-7 business days after the package is shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

US orders include tracking information. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Canada Post/ USPS.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
We cannot mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders ship via Canada Post and arrive 7-14 days after the package is shipped for most countries. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your country.
Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Canada. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Canada Post.

Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations after an item has been shipped, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
